(MDR) Client Services Associate

You are The Studio (MDR)'s brand ambassador. You are passionate about fitness and helping others to join our community. You are the expert on all things (MDR) including membership options, studio amenities, instructors, and class offerings. Your priority is building lasting relationships with existing and prospective members by ensuring that they have an amazing experience with us.

Your Availability

  • Early mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays

  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week including a weekend day/night

  • Shifts range from 3 - 8 hours

What you will do

  • Welcome all clients in for class

  • Familiarize new clients with who we are and our services/products

  • Advise potential and existing clients on memberships and products based on their needs

  • Provide and maintain a pristine studio appearance

  • Assist, sell and restock retail items as needed

  • Light cleaning as needed

assistant studio manager

DESCRIPTION

The Studio (MDR) is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager. The ASM is responsible for the daily management of client relations, facilities and the front desk staff team including front desk scheduling. We are looking for a candidate that wants to build and be a part of a client focused, energetic, positive health and fitness-minded community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, be a problem solver and strong organizational skills.

CLIENT SERVICE

  • Provide superior hospitality for every client

  • Develop and maintain meaningful connections with clients

  • Handle complaints / client issues in studio

  • Resolve and attend to all client booking requests and issues

  • Work with marketing on events and promotional related efforts

  • Build The Studio (MDR) community each and every day

WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Recruit and hire client service associates

  • Front Desk Staff scheduling

  • Build, lead and manage a positive, productive and supportive team

  • Execute onboarding & offboarding procedures

  • Training & Development of front desk staff

  • Perform feedback and evaluations for front desk team members

  • Oversee the day to day functions of the studio

  • Maintain a 360 view of the studio to ensure facilities are up to (MDR) standards

  • Key point of contact for any facilities issues

  • Coordinate and manage studio maintenance from 3rd party vendors

  • Manage inventory supplies

  • 1-year management and / supervisorial experience

  • Self-starter with strong managerial and people skills

  • Ability to multi-task and delegate when necessary

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think and react quickly

  • 5 days with one being a weekend

  • 2 8-hour shifts in-studios

  • Availability for evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays

(MDR) TEACHER

If interested in teaching for The Studio (MDR), first make sure you have taken at least 3 months of consecutive classes at our studio.  Also be aware that Studio (MDR) practices the Lagree Method. Our next development program will be focused on people who want to teach at all of our studios BUT mainly in the South Bay. Studio coming in 2020.
