About Me: Angel, a Venice local, and lifelong student, found the lagree method and Studio (MDR) during the pandemic and it was love at first shakes. With roots in dance, movement has always been her language and her grounding force. She hopes to inspire others in discovering joy, strength, and empowerment through movement. Beyond the pink palace, Angel can be found in the classroom, teaching in a very different capacity while nurturing and inspiring the next generation.

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): Angel loves teaching at (MDR), where a strong, vibrant sense of community has been so beautifully cultivated- something she feels profoundly privileged to be part of. Having begun her journey as a client, and inspired by the instructors and the community around her, she now stands on the other side with deep joy and passion, supporting, motivating, and holding space for others as they move through their own fitness and wellness journeys.
