About Me: Born and raised in LA, Dorothy brings energy, compassion, and a touch of wit to every Lagree class she teaches. When she’s not on the mic or acting on stage, you can find her hanging with her rescue pup Nala, catching a movie, trying out new restaurants, or dabbling in pottery. Dorothy believes fitness should be empowering, rewarding, and full of heart-and she’s here to cheer you on every step (and shake!) of the way.
