About Me: Liz is originally from outside of Boston and moved to LA a few years ago. She got addicted to Lagree when living in Chicago, and loves the constant challenge and variety of the classes. Her classes are a combination of challenging and supportive with amazing playlists to distract you from the shakes!  

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): Liz loves bonding with clients and seeing them get stronger with each class.
