About Me: Sabrina was a competitive dancer in high school and college, and while she misses the sense of community that dance brought her, she has found that same connection in group fitness, thriving in the energy and camaraderie of The Studio (MDR). A true California girl, Sabrina has lived in Orange County, Santa Barbara, and San Francisco, but LA is her favorite place to call home. A lover of all forms of fitness, she enjoys Lagree (obviously), running, yoga, and scuba diving, appreciating both the studio vibe and the natural beauty of outdoor activities.

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): Sabrina loves teaching because it allows her to create meaningful connections with others, not only during class but also before and after. She values the sense of community that develops as people come together to support one another on their health and wellness journeys.
