What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): What Tamara loves most about teaching at (MDR) is helping people discover the same love for Lagree that she felt after taking her very first class. She loves watching clients surprise themselves, push past their limits, get stronger, and leave class feeling proud of what they accomplished. Seeing that confidence grow is what makes teaching so rewarding for her!

Most Loved (MDR) Move: Any hold! Tamara is always in competition with herself, so she loves pushing her limits and seeing if she can make it to the very end!
