About Me: Teagan is a long time athlete, performer, and coach with a background in Circus Arts and Pole Dancing. She began training at 11 years old and continues pursuing these passions in her personal time. A few more hobbies include doing nails, metal smithing, and moonlighting as a bartender. She is known for her vast knowledge in technique and form, bringing a fun yet challenging energy to her class experience.

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): She absolutely loves the education aspect of teaching at (MDR). The clients are so receptive and willing to learn, it is a rewarding experience to share her knowledge. The community (MDR) creates is the perfect space to explore and push to new limits.
