I’m a little over 100 classes and since then I have lost a total of 60 pounds because I’ve worked MDR into my routine 2-3 times a week along side with other fitness and food related commitments! I noticed a significant improvement in my weight loss 3 moths in when I went down 2 sizes!! Inches baby!!!

Aside from that at the beginning of 2023 I fractured my ankle which put me in a cast for 3 months, but Pilates was encouraged by my PT to help with the healing. Couldn’t ever do moves that put weight on my foot for half the year but I feel brand new now a year later!

All the instructors are very inspiring and I love coming to classes especially with Dana, Dani, Jodi,  Stephanie and Svetlana!!!

Svetlana actually gave me a compliment last class saying how incredible my improvement in class was and that was extremely rewarding because I know she sees how hard I’ve worked

I appreciate you guys a lot and I’m happy to be part of the MDR community!!!! My mental and physical health is so much better because of you.
