(MDR) Client Services Associate

You are The Studio (MDR)'s brand ambassador. You are passionate about fitness and helping others to join our community. You are the expert on all things (MDR) including membership options, studio amenities, instructors, and class offerings. Your priority is building lasting relationships with existing and prospective members by ensuring that they have an amazing experience with us.

Your Availability

  • Early mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays

  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week including a weekend day/night

  • Shifts range from 3 - 8 hours

What you will do

  • Welcome all clients in for class

  • Familiarize new clients with who we are and our services/products

  • Advise potential and existing clients on memberships and products based on their needs

  • Provide and maintain a pristine studio appearance

  • Assist, sell and restock retail items as needed

  • Light cleaning as needed

What you've got

  • Customer service and sales experience

  • Passion for building relationships

  • Attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic, personal and friendly demeanor

  • Willingness and ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays at all four of our locations

If interested in teaching for The Studio (MDR), first make sure you have taken at least 3 months of consecutive classes at our studio.  Also be aware that Studio (MDR) practices the Lagree Method. Our next development program will be focused on people who want to teach at all of our studios BUT mainly in the South Bay. Studio coming in 2020.
